Student Orientation

Univariety Orientation was conducted for students of Grade IX. The session talked about the ‘Importance of Planning’ for a great career and how the Univariety portal supports students in their career planning journey. It further spoke about the focus areas for Grade IX; about the importance of Aptitude, Interest, Potential & Strength while finalizing specific career goals for oneself.

Profile Completion & Psychometric Assessments

The students of Grade IX were made to login to the Univariety Portal. The first step they did was complete their profiles, then record their strongest and weakest subjects. Next, we made them take one Psychometric Assessment each. The reports of these assessments give an insight into the student's strengths and weaknesses.

Parent's Orientation

The Parent Orientation session talked about ‘Importance of Career Counseling’ and ‘How to plan for a great career’. It spoke about new emerging careers; conventional and unconventional courses. We further discussed how Univariety Portal supports students in finding the best fit careers and apply to the colleges of their choice, consult their School Seniors- Alumni Guidance and the expert Counsellor advice.

Career Workshop - Winning College Admissions

4 years of hard work throughout grade 9-12 infers to one thing – successful college admissions. Students are stressed to perform well in academics, excel in extracurricular, build their resume, and certify their talents all for one reason – college admissions. But do they make a systematic plan for college admissions? What is a systematic college admission plan? How can students make their own customized plan? Where can they get help? How can they measure their success? All of these questions were answered one by one during the session for the benefit of the students of Grade XI and Grade XII. Students also understood the benefit of their school supporting them in planning successful admissions through an established counseling system.

Career Workshop - No Room for Mistakes: Right Decision is the Best Decision

Students in Grade IX and X often find themselves in a great dilemma to make an informed choice about their career. The first decision they face is to make the choice of stream between – Science, Commerce or Humanities. They want to find out why and how they are fit to pursue any of these streams. The stream selection is not enough they were also guided about which stream can take them to pursue what kind of courses and careers. Students were given support to understand the right subject selections as per their career aspirations.

An informative University workshop was conducted by the Indian School Of Business & Finance (New Delhi) for all Grade XI & XII students (with Economics as one of their core subjects). The session was conducted by the Associate Dean of the college and it talked about various courses offered by the College.
